1. Services
Bury Pest Control provides professional pest control services to residential and commercial customers in Greater Manchester. All services are carried out by BPCA-certified technicians using approved products and methods.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Prices are confirmed in writing before any treatment begins. We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the scope of work changes following an initial survey.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the pest problem
- Ensuring safe access to the property at the agreed time
- Following any pre-treatment preparation instructions provided
- Following any post-treatment advice provided by our technicians
4. Guarantee and Return Visits
We include a return visit in all treatment plans. If the pest problem persists after the agreed number of visits, we will assess the situation and advise on further action. Our guarantee does not cover re-infestation caused by failure to follow our prevention advice or by ongoing conditions that facilitate pest entry.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before the appointment) may be subject to a call-out charge.
6. Liability
Bury Pest Control carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a pest infestation or from our treatments.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
